Elbia Tours sells tours/excursions on the North Coast from the Dominican Republic in the Puerto Plata area. We work with selected tour operators who operate the tours we sell. The tours will be operated as group tours.
Some of the tours we sell we can offer private for a small group. Contact us for more information and prices for our private tours.
Elvis is Dominican and works for more than 20 years in tourism and takes care for the operational part of Elbia Tours. Bianca takes care of the social media.
The prices from our tours are in US Dollars and based on pick up in the Playa Dorada and Costa Dorada area. For pick up in Sosua and Cofresi there might be an add depending the tour. For some of our tours we need a minimum number of people to operate the tour.
To get a refund, your tour needs to be canceled at least 24 hours prior to pick up time.

The Domino Foundation Dominican Republic (DFDR) is founded on March 29, 2021. During the past years Elbia Tours helped many other charity projects, like the food basket project with the Rotary Club and several school projects. The projects Elbia Tours is doing and the supply donations Elbia Tours receive, is growing. We decided to formalize these activities in an official Foundation.

We sell the regular tours from the touroperators. The gereral terms and conditions and the cancellation policy from the operator of the tour is applicable for the tour you booked with Elbia Tours.
