With our official tour guide in our safari truck, we drive up the mountain ISABEL DE TORRES. We will pass several countryside communities to go up the top of the mountain to visit the botanical garden on 800 meters above the sea level to enjoy the stunning view and the vegetation of the ecological park.

We are driving down to Puerto Plata city, passing de community EL CUPEY. In our way down we make some stops to make magnific photos. Next we will visit our ranch for a typical lunch. There after our lunch you get a demonstration to make the local cigars and you can buy them. You will have the opportunity to dance a little Bachata and Merengue.

In Puerto Plata with his historical centre we visit La Puntilla del Malecón and La Fortaleza San Felipe. We get to know about the history, take pictures and we will walk in the park to see the antitheater.

Visiting the Ambar and Larimar factory, typical Dominican stones to get to know about the history from those beautiful stones and you can buy some souvenirs.

We continue our tour with a visit to a rum factory, producing rum and liqor and you can taste it.

We will walk from the rum factory to the Centro Histórico de Puerto Plata, visiting “La Calle de las sombrillas (umbrella street)”, el “Callejón de doña Blanca (pink street)” the central park, the cathedral and the colourful buildings in Victorian style.
